Valencia Summit floor plans are rather open floor plans, most opening either to an beautiful entry in the executive and luxury homes, or in the town homes and single family homes, into an open living space accentuated with lots of windows. Vaulted ceilings dominate and elegant steps separate entry and living areas and dining areas.

Kitchens are spacious with lots of cabinet space. There are many floor plans that have center islands, and walk in pantries.
