Santa Clarita Valley Multiple Listing Service Searches & "HomeTracker Property Watch"

Putting Buyers and Sellers Together

The following services are provided free of obligation or cost.  You will be able to search the most accurate, up-to-date "HOMES FOR SALE" and "HOMES SOLD" information source available to you on-line, the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

You can sign on in one of two ways, whichever is most comfortable for you in your current situation.  (1) A Unique and rarely available service for Serious Buyers and Sellers   (2) An unobtrusive service for those of you who are just curious to see what is on the market now.  Please scroll down to make selection.

if you wish to join my "HomeTracker Property Watch" Service.

This is a UNIQUE service for buyers AND sellers.  UNLIKE many other services, this will enable you to search and save searches for homes currently on the market AND search and save information on sales that have occurred.  You will also receive email updates and alerts AS SOON AS new listings come on the market.  You will also be able to email me directly for follow-up requests. 

The "HomeTracker" feature will require you to sign on by giving an email address.  Once you are signed on you will be alerted by email as soon as a new listing becomes available within your search parameters.

 You may make the search as detailed or as general as you like, however more often than not a more general search leads to better results. e.g. Valencia, 3+ bedrooms, 2000+ square feet, $250000-$350000 will give you plenty of options.  You may otherwise miss out on the perfect house even though it doesn't currently have a pool that you want.  You can always add a pool later, if you really like the house and it's location.

if you are just keeping up to date with the market in your area and/or are not quite ready to speak with an agent. You may just be curious as to what homes are currently for sale in your neighborhood. 

Use the service as much as you like.  This will connect you directly to Multiple Listing Service information on homes currently for sale. 

No email address is required, although there is an option available for saving searches by clicking on the flashing icon in the top right corner  when in the program.  When you are ready, please avail yourself of the "HomeTracker" service above or call me directly at 661.645.5556.

If you are a buyer or seller currently under written contract with another agent, please do not sign up for the "HomeTracker Property Watch" services.  It is strictly unethical of me to be dealing with a client of another agent, under written contract. Your agent should be providing you with any information that you need, in a timely fashion.  However, if you are unhappy with the services of your current service provider, and/or are NOT under written contract of representation by an agent, please feel free to make use of the information and services I provide through "HomeTracker".
