STEVENSON RANCH - Newest Community

Stevenson Ranch is located to the west of Valencia off the Interstate 5 freeway going north from Los Angeles.  This area is one of Santa Clarita's newest communities and is still developing with new homes still being built.  It lies at the base of the Santa Susanna Mountains and the community is surrounded by natural terrain and open space.  It is a Master Planned 4,000 acre community which enjoys all the amenities of Santa Clarita and Los Angeles alike.
